Biography: Dr. Finney is the Chief of the Cardiac Surgery Department at UM St. Joseph Medical Center, Clinical Associate Professor, University of Maryland School of Medicine. He specializes in coronary artery bypass surgery, aortic valve repair and replacement, mitral valve repair or replacement, thoracic aneurysm surgery, and other cardiac surgery. Dr. Finney wasrecognized as ``Top Doctor`` in the Cardiac Surgery category in the November 2020 issue ofBaltimoremagazine.

Biography: Dr. Plotnick received his medical degree from the University of Maryland School of Medicine. While in medical school, he received honors in an internal medicine sub-internship, functional systems, host defenses/infectious disease and physical diagnosis.
