Care Philosophy: ``I focus on a team approach with my patients. I always tell my joint replacement patients that I have about an hour to do their hip or knee, that's about how long it takes. After that I'm their cheerleader. I'm controlling some of the aspects of their physical therapy but otherwise I'm just a friend that's trying to help them along. I also work to educate patients in the process, so they have the knowledge they need to fully understand their condition and how to improve it going forward.``

Biography: Dr. Jones earned his medical degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine and completed his residency training at St. Joseph Hospital in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Care Philosophy: ``My philosophy of care is that I want to take care of both the whole person and the whole family. Our lives are complex and we're more than just a medical condition. When I have a new patient in the office I really want to get to know outside of their medical condition. I first want to know who they are and then I want to know all of their medical problems, including what their history is, what their medicines are and what role stress or diet plays in their life. We put all of this together to figure out how can we really optimize their total health.``

Biography: Dr. Jones is board-certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He received his medical degree from the Indiana University School of Medicine and completed his residency training at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis, Missouri.
