Biography: Michael G. Raab, MD received his undergraduate degree in Chemical Engineering at the University of Notre Dame (1985), and his medical degree from the University of Illinois, Chicago (1989). He completed his residency training in orthopedic surgery at Southern Illinois University School of Medicine, Springfield, in 1994, and received the Outstanding Surgical Resident Teaching award. Dr. Raab then served as an orthopedic surgeon at Eisenhower Army Medical Center, Ft. Gordon, GA, providing a wide range of general orthopedic surgery services, including trauma and fracture care;sports injuries;total joint replacement; shoulder, hand and elbow surgery; and hip, knee, and ankle surgery. He was a member of the Joint Replacement Service, andChief of the Handand Upper ExtremitySurgery Service. He was also a member of the teaching faculty for the Army orthopedic residency training program. Following four years of active duty, Dr. Raab practiced in Georgia and Ohio, and joined Premier Orthopedics in 2011. Biography: Jennifer Jerele, MD, received her medical degree at Loma Linda University School of Medicine, and completed her residency at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. Dr. Jerele completed her fellowship at Duke University Medical Center (NC). Dr. Jerele is board certified in orthopedic surgery.

Biography: Michael A. Deyhle, PA received his Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from Kettering College of Medical Arts in 2016. Michael received his Bachelors of Science in Biology from the University of Dayton in 2012.

He received his Bachelor of Arts in Athletic Training from Anderson University in Anderson, IN in 2014. Biography: Shannon S. Stireman, APRN-CNP, FNP-C received her Master of Science in Family Nurse Practitioner from Wright State University in 2018. Biography: Joyce Tebbe, MSN, APRN, ACNP-C, attended Wright State University where she studied to become an acute care nurse practitioner. She has worked in various capacities over the past 25 years both as a nurse practitioner in primary care as well as the specialty settings of cardiology and nephrology, and as a registered nurse in a cardiac catheterization lab and intensive care unit. She has also participated in clinical research involving new medications and medical devices. Ms. Tebbe is a long-time resident of Covington where she and her husband have raised three children. Biography: Ramamohan Chunduri, MD, received his medical degree MBBS Andhra Medical College (India), and completed his residency at Worcester City Hospital (MA). Dr. Chunduri has served as a an assistant clinical professor of internal medicine at Wright State University. Dr. Chunduri is board certified in internal medicine.

Biography: Robert Rodgers, CNP received his Master of Science from Chamberlain College of Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner in 2018. Robert received his Bachelor of Science in nursing from Wright State University in 2013 and his Associate Degree in Surgical Technology from National College in 2011. Robert received his Bachelor of Science in Physiology of Exercise in 2003. He is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Nurses Credentialing Center. He has been a registered nurse since 2013. He brought 14 years' experience as a nurse to his career as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Biography: Abdul Butman, MD is a graduate of Al-Azhar University and Al-Azhar Medical School in Cairo, Egypt. He completed his residency in internal medicine at the Wright State University School of Medicine in Dayton. Dr. Butman is certified in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. Biography: Julie Neff, CNP earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and Master of Science in Nursing degrees from Wright State University. Julie serves on the outpatient ischemic stroke clinic team. Julie serves as a clinical stroke program manager. Prior to becoming a CNS and stroke program manager she served as a clinical nurse in the Intensive Care Unit at Miami Valley Hospital. Biography: Joseph P. Allen, MD, FAAFP is board-certified in family medicine and is a graduate of Wright State University School of Medicine. He completed his residency through the Dayton Community Family Practice Residency Program at Good Samaritan Hospital (closed in 2018). Dr. Allen's special interests include pediatric health, sports medicine and preventive medicine. Dr. Allen is also the Premier Physician Network Regional Medical Director. Elizabeth has worked in a variety of units including step down intensive care, telemetry, and emergency department. When Elizabeth is not at work, she enjoys spending time with her husband and her three children.

Biography: Andrew Diller, MD is a native of the Dayton area and completed his undergraduate and medical school education at Wright State University. After finishing residency training in family medicine at Good Samaritan Hospital (closed in 2018) in Dayton, he completed an additional year of fellowship training in geriatrics at Miami Valley Hospital.
