Biography: Susan F. Davis-Brown, MD is a graduate of Wright State University and the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. Dr. Davis-Brown's postgraduate training was at the University of Michigan Hospitals/St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor. Dr. Davis-Brown is board certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. She has a special interest in preventative medicine, risk factor reduction, women's health, and diabetes. Dr. Davis-Brown joined Brookville Family Care in 2006.

Biography: Salva Ahmed, MD is a graduate of Akron University and Wright State University School of Medicine. She completed her residency in Family Practice at Good Samaritan Hospital (closed in 2018) in Dayton. Dr. Ahmed is certified in Family Practice by the American Board of Family Physicians.

Biography: David Mesker, MD is a graduate of Wright State University and Wright State University School of Medicine. He completed his residency at Good Samaritan Hospital (closed in 2018) in Dayton. Dr. Mesker is certified in Family Practice by the American Board of Family Practice.

Biography: Paul Jennewine, MD has been in practice in Middletown since 1997 and is board certified in internal medicine. He joined Middletown Medical Group after finishing his residency and receiving his medical degree at the University of Toledo Medical Center. A member of the American College of Physician and the Ohio State Medical Society, Dr. Jennewine also has served two terms as president of the Bulter County Medical Society and is the medical director of the Middletown Health Department. Dr. Jennewine currently lives in Middletown with his wife and three daughters.

Biography: Leesa A. Kaufman, MD received her medical degree from the University of South Florida College of Medicine in Tampa in 1998. She completed her OB/GYN residency at the same location.

Biography: Polina Sadikov MD, is a graduate of 1st Medical School in the USSR. She completed her residency in family medicine at Wright State University in Dayton, OH. Dr. Sadikov is board certified in family practice by the American Board of Family Medicine. She is a member of the American Medical Association and the American Academy of Family Physicians. Dr. Sadikov is a dedicated family medicine physician with a passion for comprehensive care. She provides personalized, patient-centered treatment for a wide range of conditions, including diabetes, hypertension, heart disease, musculoskeletal disorders, depression, anxiety, thyroid disorders, obesity, asthma, COPD, and menopause. With a special interest in women's health and geriatrics, she is committed to supporting patients of all ages in achieving optimal wellness. Dr. Sadikov has been a valued member of Family Physicians of Englewood since 1995.

Biography: Julia E. Paulet, MD is a graduate of West Virginia University School of Medicine in Morgantown, WV. She completed her OB/GYN residency at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in Dayton, OH. She is a native Daytonian who grew up in Vandalia. She is looking forward to taking care of women in the area and is passionate about providing health care to all generations. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her husband and dog.
