Biography: Dr. Parag R. Patel is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo and NYU School of Medicine. He completed his internship and residency at NYU Medical Center, and served as Chief Resident at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in New York, NY. Before joining Centennial Heart in 2015, Dr. Patel completed fellowships in Cardiovascular Medicine and Advanced Cardiovascular Imaging at the Cleveland Clinic. In his scholarly work, Dr. Patel has researched, written and presented on topics such as restrictive cardiomyopathy, cardiac tumors and coronary artery disease in women. His areas of expertise include cardiac imaging, lipid management, heart valve disease, general cardiology and preventative cardiology. Dr. Patel speaks Gujarati, conversational Hindi and Spanish. He enjoys reading and staying active by hiking and camping.

Biography: This physician is accepting telehealth visits. Dr. Andrew Goodman graduated Magna Cum Laude from Emory University with a degree in biology. He earned a medical degree from the University of Virginia School of Medicine and completed his residency in internal medicine at Duke University. He completed fellowship training in both cardiovascular medicine and interventional cardiology at the Cleveland Clinic in Cleveland, Ohio. During his cardiovascular medicine fellowship, Dr. Goodman served as chief fellow.Dr. Goodman has coauthored a number of articles addressing vascular heart disease and the treatment of aortic stenosis. Biography: Dr. Hammad Aziz is a board-certified, fellowship-trained interventional cardiologist practicing at TriStar StoneCrest Medical Center located in Smyrna, Tennessee. Along with providing general and interventional care for patients, he is fellowship-trained in cardiac imaging including echocardiography, CT and nuclear cardiology.
