He recognizes the important role of continuity in effective health care and focuses on providing consistency and reliability for every patient. Dr. Pham has served as a volunteer translator and physician at the Vietnamese Immigrant Health Clinic in St. Louis, Missouri, and also as a translator at Harborview Medical Clinic in Seattle. In his leisure time, Dr. Pham enjoys racquet sports and computers, and is involved in his local church.

Biography: Traci McDermott, MD, is a board-certified general pediatrician who cares for children and adolescents. Dr. McDermott enjoys getting to know her patients and families over time, and feels it is important to remember the personal things happening in each child's and family's life. Her favorite part of the day is when she can reassure a parent by offering a trusted opinion. Working as part of a multidisciplinary team, she is able to consult with other specialists to provide optimal care.
