Biography: Amy Plummer has been practicing Ob/Gyn in the Kingwood area for 19 years. She attended Baylor University, where she graduated with Honors in Biology. Amy completed medical school and residency at Baylor College of Medicine in Houston. She started practicing Ob/Gyn in the Kingwood/Humble area during the summer of 1996. She continues to grow and learn as a physician, maintaining her board certification and is a certified DaVinci Robot surgeon. Amy has served as the chief of Ob/Gyn at both Northeast Medical Center Hospital and Kingwood Medical Center Hospital. She now maintains privileges at Kingwood Medical Center. Biography: Beth R. Davis, M.D is an obstetrician-gynecologist providing OB/GYN care with Houston Women's Care Associates (HWCA) in Houston, TX. Dr. Davis was born and raised in Cleveland, Ohio. She earned her bachelor's degree from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and graduated Magna Cum Laude. Dr. Davis then went on to Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in Dayton, Ohio, where she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Society and completed her Doctorate of Medicine. She then returned to her hometown of Cleveland, Ohio for her residency training at Case Western Reserve University which included training at the Cleveland Clinic. She has spent the last decade providing care in the Texas Medical Center as well as the Pearland area. Dr. Davis believes in providing individualized care to women throughout their lifetime from puberty to menopause. Dr. Cheng is passionate about women's health at every stage of their lives. She loves seeing patients in the office, delivering babies and performing surgeries. Her priority is for patients to feel comfortable to discuss their problems and private matters. She believes in quality care through education, collaboration and joint decision making with her patients. Dr. Cheng has been specially trained on vNOTES (Transvaginal Natural Orifice Transluminal Endoscopic Surgery) hysterectomy and other common gynecologic procedures. It is a new minimally invasive, advanced gynecologic technique that provides many benefits to female patients, such as no abdominal scars, shorter hospital stays, less pain and faster recovery times.
