Biography: Jason Schatzel, MD is a graduate of the Northeastern Ohio University College of Medicine. He completed his residency in internal medicine at Akron City Hospital in Akron. Dr. Schatzel is certified in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He has a special interest in diabetes, hypertension (high blood pressure), and hyperlipidemia (high cholesterol, including high triglycerides). Dr. Schatzel has been with Premier Health Internal Medicine of Englewood since 2001.

He completed his residency through the Dayton Community Family Practice Residency Program at Good Samaritan Hospital (closed in 2018). Dr. Allen's special interests include pediatric health, sports medicine and preventive medicine. Dr. Allen is also the Premier Physician Network Regional Medical Director. He has been in private practice in Dayton since 1999, and joined Premier Physician Network in January 2010.
