Biography: Dr. Kozel joined Mid Dakota Clinic Primecare in August 1998. She is board certified in pediatrics, and a Fellow in the American Academy of Pediatrics. A native of Bismarck, North Dakota, Dr. Kozel is a graduate of St. Mary's Central High School. She has an undergraduate degree from Moorhead State University, Minnesota. She received her medical degree from Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, Nebraska and completed her residency at Children's Mercy Hospital in Kansas City, Missouri. Prior to joining Mid Dakota Clinic, Dr. Kozel worked with Common Hope, a human development project in Guatemala. She was also employed with Central Plains Clinic in Sioux Falls, South Dakota where she practiced pediatrics. Dr. Kozel is a member of the American Medical Association and the North Dakota Medical Association. She is licensed to practice medicine in the state of North Dakota.
