Care Philosophy: Dr. Danny Liang is the director of neurosurgical oncology at UM BWMC. He received his medical degree from the Rutgers New Jersey Medical School, completed a residency in neurosurgery at the University of Maryland Medical Center and a fellowship in neurosurgical oncology at The University of Texas M.D. Anderson Cancer Center. Dr. Liang is a clinical assistant professor of neurosurgery at the University of Maryland School of Medicine and a member of the American Association of Neurologic Surgeons, the Congress of the Neurological Surgeons and the Society for Neuro-Oncology. He has a special interest in tumors of the central nervous system and treats brain tumors, spinal tumors and degenerative and complex spinal disorders.

Care Philosophy: Gurpreet Kaur Saini, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician at MedStar Health Primary Care at Annapolis. Her clinical interests include anxiety and depression, behavioral health, chronic disease management (diabetes, hypertension, kidney disease), geriatric medicine, and preventive health and wellness. Dr Saini speaks English, Russian, Punjabi, Hindi, and Armenian. &ldquoMy hope is to make a difference in each patient&rsquos life by listening, understanding their needs, and providing the necessary medical knowledge to help them.
