Biography: James J. Klosterman, MD joined Premier Orthopedics in 1997 after fulfilling his service commitment in the United States Air Force. He is a graduate of the University of Dayton and the Cincinnati College of Medicine, and completed his residency in Orthopaedic Medicine at the Medical College of Virginia. Dr. Klosterman provides operative care for a broad set of orthopaedic conditions, including arthroscopy of the knee and shoulder and joint replacement of the hip, shoulder and knee. He is credentialed to offer the Uniknee™ replacement option to suitable candidates. Dr. Klosterman is a member of the UD Sports Medicine Staff. He is well respected in the Miami Valley and acts as the orthopaedic consultant to area high school and club athletic programs. Biography: Shelden C. Wical, DO is a family medicine physician who earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Lake Erie College Of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, PA. He completed his family practice residency and internship at OUCOM/Doctors Hospital in Columbus, OH.Dr. Wical has been the team physician for Fort Loramie High School athletics since 2009. He is a member of a number of professional societies including: American Osteopathic Association, American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, Catholic Medical Association, and Tennessee Osteopathic Medical Association. Dr. Wical is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Practice in family medicine and osteopathic manipulative treatment.

Biography: Thomas R. Zink, DO graduated from Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine in Athens, OH. He completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at Doctors Hospital in Columbus, OH. He completed a shoulder and elbow fellowship at the University of Pittsburg Medical Center in Pittsburg, PA. Dr. Zink is board certified in orthopedic surgery. He is a member of several organizations including the American Osteopathic Association, American Academy of Osteopathy, National Guard Association of the United States, Ohio Osteopathic Association, American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons, Ohio Orthopaedic Society, and the American Medical Association. Dr. Zink is a Captain in the Ohio Army National Guard. He is the team physician for Troy City Schools. He is the Upper Valley Medical Center orthopedic department chair and Upper Valley Medical Center orthopedic trauma liaison. Dr. Zink has a special interest in knee arthroscopy and replacement, and shoulder arthroscopy, anatomic, reverse, revision, and replacement surgery.

Biography: Erin McKibben, MS, APRN-FNP earned her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at the University of Dayton and her Master of Science in Nursing degrees from The Ohio State University. Prior to joining Stillwater Family Care, she served as a nurse practitioner in urgent care. She is certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).

Biography: Jennifer Phlipot, MSN, APRN, FNP-C obtained her Bachelor of Science degree in nursing at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. She earned her Masters of Science in Nursing through the Family Nurse Practitioner Program at The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio. Jennifer is Board Certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner and she strives to build healthy relationships with patients in order to achieve long-term wellness. Biography: Daniel Elshoff, MD joined Premier Physician Network/Upper Valley Medical Center in 1999. A graduate of Wright State University School of Medicine with a specialty in Family Medicine, Dr. Elshoff completed his residency at Miami Valley Hospital. He is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice and the Ohio State Medical Association and has his Ohio Medical license.

Biography: Chelsea Warner, CNP, earned her Master of Science in Nursing from University of Cincinnati in 2016. She received a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from University of Mount St. Joseph in 2011. She is board certified as an Adult-Gerontology Primary Care Nurse Practitioner through American Nurses Credentialing Center. Chelsea has been a registered nurse since 2011. She brings 7 years nursing experience with a background in neurology, progressive care, trauma and emergency medicine.

Biography: Saad Kanaan, MD is a graduate of Jordan University of Science and Technology in Jordan. He completed his neurology residency at The University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Centers in Oklahoma City, OK. Dr. Kanaan went on to complete a headache medicine fellowship at Brigham and Women's Hospital/Harvard Medical School. He is a member of multiple professional organizations including the American Headache Society, American Academy of Neurology, and American Medical Association.

Biography: Roxanne Robbins, APRN received her Master of Science in Nursing, Family Nurse Practitioner, from the University of Cincinnati in 2019. Roxanne received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Western Governors University in Salt Lake City, UT in 2016 and her Associate of Science in Nursing from Edison State Community College in Piqua, OH in 2013. Roxanne is certified as a Family Nurse Practitioner by the American Academy of Nurses Practitioners. She has been a registered nurse since 2013. She brought six years of experience as an intensive care nurse to her career as a Family Nurse Practitioner.

Biography: Kathryn Lorenz, MD is a board certified family practice physician who earned her medical degree from the Boonshoft School of Medicine, Wright State University, Dayton, OH. She completed a family practice residency at Dayton Community Family Medicine, Dayton, OH. Dr. Lorenz joined Premier Physician Network in 2009. Dr. Lorenz received many honors during her training: Introduction to Clinical Medicine Award, Montgomery County Medical Society Alliance Scholarship, and the Ranville Scholarship. She was also a finalist for Outstanding First Year Medical Student.
