Biography: Alan Oster, MD, is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon with Advanced Orthopedics in Frankfort, Kentucky and Somerset, Kentucky, and also sees patients at Frankfort Regional Health in Versailles. Dr. Oster earned both his bachelor of arts and medical doctorate at Boston University in Boston, Massachusetts. Following medical school, he completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at SUNY Health Sciences University in Brooklyn, New York, and was then awarded the Kuntscher Orthopedic Trauma Fellowship at University of Louisville Hospital in Louisville, Kentucky.
