Biography: Dr. Kersteff is board-certified in pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics and in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He received his medical degree from Indiana University School of Medicine in Indianapolis and completed residency training at Indiana University Medical Center in Indianapolis.

Biography: Dr. Suh is a graduate of Indiana University, Bloomington, Indiana, where he was a Metz Scholar and received his B.S. degree in Chemistry. Dr. Suh completed his internship in surgery and his residency in urology at the University of Michigan Medical Center in Ann Arbor. He was born in Michigan and was raised in central Indiana. He enjoys running and playing golf and tennis and is married with two children.

Care Philosophy: ``I really try to individualize care to my patients with my end-goal being that patients feel comfortable, have all their questions answered and, when they leave, understand their treatment plan. Often I will work to establish that comfort by building a relationship with my patients outside of medicine. I will ask them about their hobbies, their family so that they feel relaxed and aren't intimidated.``
