Biography: Shelden C. Wical, DO is a family medicine physician who earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Lake Erie College Of Osteopathic Medicine in Erie, PA. He completed his family practice residency and internship at OUCOM/Doctors Hospital in Columbus, OH.Dr. Wical has been the team physician for Fort Loramie High School athletics since 2009. He is a member of a number of professional societies including: American Osteopathic Association, American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians, Catholic Medical Association, and Tennessee Osteopathic Medical Association. Dr. Wical is board certified by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Practice in family medicine and osteopathic manipulative treatment.

Biography: Julia E. Paulet, MD is a graduate of West Virginia University School of Medicine in Morgantown, WV. She completed her OB/GYN residency at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine in Dayton, OH. She is a native Daytonian who grew up in Vandalia. Biography: Tammy J. Taylor, DO is board certified in pediatric medicine. Dr. Taylor received her medical degree from the Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine, Athens, OH, followed by her residency at Doctors Hospital, Columbus, OH. During her residency, Dr. Taylor held the position of Chief Resident in Pediatrics. She was also honored with the Community Service award for her work with the Pediatric Clinic. Dr. Taylor received other numerous honors and awards during her medical school and undergraduate education. She joined the Premier Physician Network, The Pediatric Group in 2003.

Biography: Kathryn Lorenz, MD is a board certified family practice physician who earned her medical degree from the Boonshoft School of Medicine, Wright State University, Dayton, OH. She completed a family practice residency at Dayton Community Family Medicine, Dayton, OH. Dr. Lorenz joined Premier Physician Network in 2009. Biography: Jeremy Crouch, MD graduated from the University of Washington School of Medicine. He completed an internship and residency in obstetrics and gynecology at the Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. Dr. Crouch specializes ob/gyn with a special interest in urogynecology, infertility and pelvic organ prolapse. He is fluent in Portuguese and Spanish. Dr. Crouch joined Women's Health Specialist and Midwives of Dayton in 2010.

Biography: David Mesker, MD is a graduate of Wright State University and Wright State University School of Medicine. He completed his residency at Good Samaritan Hospital (closed in 2018) in Dayton. Dr. Mesker is certified in Family Practice by the American Board of Family Practice.

Biography: Irina A. Gendler, MD is a board certified family medicine physician who earned her medical degree from Novosibirsk State Medical University, Novosibirsk, Russia. She is also board certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology after completing two residencies in Russia. In the U.S., Dr. Gendler completed a family practice residency at Dayton Community Family Practice, Dayton, OH in 2006. She is fluent in English and Russian. Dr. Gendler has received many honors during her training: Academic Excellency Scholarship, Nikolay I. Pirogov Senior Student Award, Leadership Award, and Intern of the Year award. She has been a clinical instructor for medical students and participated in many volunteer activities receiving the Annual Volunteer Award for her service. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio, and his fellowship in infectious diseases at the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Chicago. Dr. Manis is board certified in internal medicine and infectious diseases.

Biography: Radha Reddy, MD graduated from The Ohio State University College of Medicine, and completed her residency at Magee Women's Hospital, University of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. Dr. Reddy is a member of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology and has special interests in the treatment of cervical dysplasia, adolescent gynecology, high-risk pregnancy care and menopausal care. Dr. Reddy is a Certified Menopause Practitioner by the North American Menopause Society. This certification means that Dr. Reddy has an intricate understanding of menopause medicine which allows her to care for women more comprehensively as they transition in the stages of menopause.
