Biography: Dr. Haluschak graduated medical school from Loma Linda University in Loma Linda, CA. He completed his residency at Kettering Medical Center in Kettering, OH. Dr. Haluschak completed a fellowship in hematology and oncology at Case Western Reserve University, University Hospitals of Cleveland in Cleveland, OH where he also completed the G. Biography: Jhansi L Koduri, MD is a graduate of Rangaraya Medical School in Kakinada, India. She completed her internal medicine residency at Wright State University in Dayton, OH where she also completed her hematology/oncology fellowship. Dr. Koduri is board certified in hematology, medical oncology, and palliative care and hospice.
