Care Philosophy: My practice focus is on Interventional Physiatry which entails all nonoperative treatment of spine related pain. I recently joined Mount Sinai in 2013 after serving over 15 years as an attending physician and partner at the Spine Institute of Beth Israel Medical Center in NYC. Our general philosophy is to individualize care to each patient using a comprehensive, multidiscplinary team approach.

Care Philosophy: I believe that the foundation for a patient's successful treatment at any activity level includes a thorough individualized evaluation of each patient's body biomechanics and goals, discussion of evidence-based research related to their condition, and empowering each patient to become educated about their condition and take an active role in their treatment.
