He completed his residency at Vanderbilt University in internal medicine. Dr. Kalinsky completed his fellowship in geriatric medicine at Vanderbilt and in hematology and oncology at the University of Alabama at Birmingham Hospital. He is board certified in both hematology and oncology as well as internal and geriatric medicine.
