Biography: Ravindra Mullapudi, MD is a graduate of Guntur Medical School in Guntur, India. He completed his residency in family practice at Metro Health Medical Center in Cleveland. Dr. Mullapudi is certified in family practice by the American Board of Family Physicians. Dr. Mullapudi has been with Huber Heights Family Care since 1999.

Biography: Annadorai Kalahasthy, MD is a graduate of Guntur Medical School in Guntur, India. He completed his residency in internal medicine at St. Francis Hospital of Evanston. Dr. Kalahasthy is certified in internal medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. He has a special interest in preventative care, heart disease, diabetes, hypertension, lipid disorders, and chronic disease. Dr. Kalahasthy has been with Huber Heights Family Care since 2000.

Biography: Amy Jones, MD is a graduate of Wright State University School of Medicine. She completed her residency at Cincinnati Children's Hospital and Medical Center in Cincinnati. Dr. Jones is certified in pediatrics by the American Board of Pediatrics. She has been with Premier Health Pediatrics -Huber Heights since 2003.

Biography: Robert M. Kohut, MD graduated from University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. He completed residency at University Hospitals Case Medical Center. Dr. Kohut is board certified by the American Board of Urology. Dr. Kohut offers urology care services including: treatment of kidney stones; bladder, kidney, and prostate cancer care; lower urinary tract symptoms; urinary tract infections; incontinence; and vasectomies. Dr. Kohut received the Commendation Medal for Service from the US Air Force in 2018. Additionally, he was recognized in 2016 and 2017 with the Best Hospital Award in Air Force.

Biography: Julio Soto, MD, FAAFP is a family medicine physician who earned his medical degree from Ross University School of Medicine. He completed his clinical fellowship in urology at Emory University School of Medicine and his categorical in family medicine at the University of Toledo College of Medicine. Dr. Soto is a member of a number of professional societies including: Continental Who's Who, American Health Counsel, American Academy of Family Medicine, American Medical Group Association, Ohio Academy of Family Medicine, International Society of Men's Health, Sexual Medicine Society of North America, and the American Urological Association. Dr. Soto is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice.

Biography: Anessa Alappatt, MD is a graduate of Northeastern Ohio Universities College of Medicine. She completed her residency in family medicine at Indiana University's Methodist Hospital. Dr. Alappatt is board certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. She has been with Fairborn Medical Center and Premier Physician Network since January 2008.

Biography: Angela Kohnen, MD is a graduate of the University of Dayton and the University of Cincinnati School of Medicine. She completed her residency in Family Practice at the University of Cincinnati/Franciscan Hospital in Cincinnati. Dr. Kohnen is certified in Family Practice by the American Board of Family Physicians. Dr. Kohnen has been with Beavercreek Family Physicians since 1997.

Biography: Susan F. Davis-Brown, MD is a graduate of Wright State University and the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine. Dr. Davis-Brown's postgraduate training was at the University of Michigan Hospitals/St. Joseph Mercy Hospital in Ann Arbor. Dr. Davis-Brown is board certified in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics. Biography: Angela Long-Prentice, MD is a graduate of the University of Dayton and Wright State University School of Medicine. She completed her residency at Good Samaritan Hospital (closed in 2018) in Dayton. Dr. Long-Prentice is certified in Family Practice by the American Board of Family Physicians. Dr. Long-Prentice has a special interest in women's health and has been with Premier Physician Network since 1994.

Biography: Joel Wehrmeyer, MD earned his medical degree from the Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. He completed an internship and residency from St. Louis Children's Hospital. Dr. Wehrmeyer is certified in pediatrics and has been practicing in southwest Ohio since 2006 and joined Premier Health Pediatrics -Huber Heights in 2009.

Dr. Ljungren has been with Beavercreek Family Medicine since its foundation in 1987.

Biography: Terez Metry, MD is a graduate of Zagazig University in Egypt. She completed her Internship in Internal Medicine at St. Mary's in Rochester, New York and her residency at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton, Ohio. Dr. Metry is certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She has special interest in Women's Health and Diabetes. Biography: Elizabeth R. Swartzwelder-Cozad, MD graduated from Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. She completed her family medicine residency at Wright State University. Dr. Swartzwelder-Cozad is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, Ohio Academy of Family Physicians, and the American Medical Association. She is board certified in family medicine.

Biography: Keshia N. Torres-Shafer, MD graduated from the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth. She completed her obstetrics and gynecology residency at Wright State University Boonshoft School of Medicine. She also received a Master of Science in Biological Sciences from Wright State University. During her residency she was awarded the Wright State University Departmentof ObGyn Excellence in Research Award, the Five Rivers Women's Health Center Clinic Resident award, and was selected for the Miami Valley Hospital Resident Wall of Excellence. Dr. Torres-Shafer specializes in obgyn and has a special interest in high risk obstetrics. She is fluent in Spanish. Dr. Torres-Shafer is certified in OB/GYN by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology and isa member of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists.

Biography: Pam Werner, MD is a graduate of Wright State University and The Ohio State University College of Medicine. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine at Miami Valley Hospital in Dayton. Dr. Werner is certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine. She has been with Premier Health Primary Care - Brown Street, previously known as Miami Valley Primary Care, since February 2003.
