Care Philosophy: My surgical philosophy is based on patient-centered care. The decision to have an operation is never an easy one, and every patient's circumstances are unique. Every operation involves a partnership of trust between the patient and doctor. My job as a surgeon is to discuss all available treatment options (both surgical and non- surgical), to give honest advice based on the best current evidence, and deliver expertise care using the best techniques available to ensure an excellent outcome.

Care Philosophy: Zachary Kane, DO, is a board-certified internal medicine physician who provides comprehensive care for adults, including addressing the physical, emotional and social aspects of their well-being. Dr. Kane enjoys helping to improve the health of his patients and the greater Poulsbo community in which he grew up. He looks forward to building trusted relationships and caring for his patients for years. Dr. Kane is a member of the American College of Physicians. Outside of work, Dr. Kane enjoys reading and spending time with his wife and three kids.

Biography: Jessica Tzou, MD, is a board-certified family medicine physician who provides comprehensive primary care for all ages and stages of life, with an interest in in-office procedures such as joint injections, gynecologic procedures, simple skin excisions/biopsies and basic wound care.Dr. Tzou emphasizes preventive medicine and believes strongly in caring for the whole patient and their families, in enabling patients to make informed decisions about their health, and in helping patients feel empowered to make their physical and mental health a priority. _x000D_ Dr. Tzou is a member of the American Medical Association and American Academy of Family Physicians._x000D_ Away from work, Dr. Tzou enjoys running, cooking, gardening, hiking, and spending time with her dog, friends and family.

Care Philosophy: Christopher Quarles, MD, FAAFP, is a board-certified family medicine physician who cares for patients from infancy through geriatrics. Dr. Quarles strives to deliver quality care with an emphasis on preventive health and continuity of care. He partners with his patients to improve their health and the health of their families. Dr. Quarles is a member of the American Academy of Family Practice, American Medical Association and American Association for Physician Leadership. He served 27 years with the U.S. Navy, including two years as commanding officer at Naval Hospital Bremerton. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling, running and reading.

Biography: Amy Thomson, MD, is a board-certified internal medicine physician who offers primary care for adults. Dr. Thompson enjoys getting to know her patients, listening to their stories, witnessing their joy and perseverance, and assisting them to meet their health care goals. Biography: Robin Atkinson, DO, is a board-certified internal medicine physician who offers primary care for adults, with a particular interest in medical care for the elderly population. She enjoys working with her patients on preventive health care strategies, and holds special medical interest in cardiovascular disease, diabetes, geriatrics and palliative care.Dr. Atkinson feels communication is the cornerstone of care. Dr. Moyer began her orthopedic practice as an active duty surgeon in the United States Navy, serving the sailors and marines of Camp Lejeune, both stateside and in combat while deployed to Afghanistan. She has specialty interests in trauma, sports medicine and all facets of general orthopedics. _x000D_ Dr. Moyer first became interested in the field of orthopedics, and sports injuries specifically, as an all-state Virginia high school basketball standout and a varsity basketball athlete at Johns Hopkins University. Her undergraduate studies in biomedical engineering further fueled her desire to pursue orthopedics as a career. _x000D_ In her off-hours, Dr. Moyer enjoys spending time with her son, playing piano, recreational basketball, golf, snowboarding and traveling. _x000D_

Biography: Once management short of surgery has failed, Dr. Ghidella tries to speed recovery and improve function surgically with a combination of traditional techniques that have proven reliable and the latest techniques that depend on current technology. His goal is to restore function to his patients and get them back to their daily activities as quickly as possible by solving their orthopedic problem, big or small.
