Biography: Dr. McManus is a board-certified, high volume Endocrine surgeon who treats thyroid, parathyroid, and adrenal disease and serves as the Surgical Director of the Thyroid Biopsy Program. Her expertise in minimally invasive interventions, including thermal ablation of thyroid nodules and robotic adrenalectomy, allows her to provide individualized, high quality care to all of her patients. Dr. McManus earned a master's degree in Clinical Research Methods and has received national and international recognition for her work including the International Association of Endocrine Surgeons (IAES) Travel Scholar Award.

Biography: Soo Youn Yi, M.D. is a kidney and pancreas surgeon. She has a particular interest in the ethics of transplant and is on the ASTS ethics committee.

Biography: Hilary Y. Robbins, MD earned her BA from Yale University and MD from Columbia University College of Physicians and Surgeons. She completed her training in Internal Medicine, followed by a fellowship in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine, at Columbia University Medical Center. Her fourth year of fellowship was supported by a grant from the Stony Wold-Herbert Fund. She is board certified in Internal Medicine, Pulmonary Medicine, and Critical Care Medicine. She joined the faculty in the Lung Transplant Program at Columbia as an assistant professor in 2010. Her professional society memberships include the American Thoracic Society, the American College of Chest Physicians, and the International Society of Heart and Lung Transplantation.

Biography: Dr. Luqman Dad, MD is a Radiation Oncology Specialist who practices in New York, NY. He is 48 years old and has been practicing for 19 years. Dr. Luqman Dad, MD is affiliated with Newyork-Presbyterian Hudson Valley Hospital and Newyork-Presbyterian/Columbia University Medical Center.

Biography: David Horowitz, M.D. is a board-certified radiation oncologist and Associate Professor of Radiation Oncology at New York-Presbyterian/Columbia University Irving Medical Center. His clinical focus is on gastrointestinal cancers, lymphoma and breast cancer, and his research interests focus on the development of novel ways to deliver precision radiation therapy to hard-to-treat cancers. Dr. Horowitz received his B.A. from Dartmouth College and his M.D. from the Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine, during which time he completed a research fellowship in the Department of Radiation Oncology and Molecular Radiation Sciences. He completed his internal medicine internship training at the Georgetown University/Washington Hospital Center after which he completed his radiation oncology training at New York Presbyterian Hospital (Columbia University Medical Center Campus), where he additionally served as Chief Resident. Dr. Horowitz has developed the use of multiple radiation techniques at the Columbia University Irving Medical Center to best help patients with cancer receive the most effective treatments while minimizing potential side effects. These include stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT), stereotactic radiosurgery, hypofractionated ablative radiation therapy, intensity modulated radiation therapy, image-guided radiation therapy, intraoperative radiotherapy, brachytherapy, total body irradiation, and total skin electron beam therapy. As a member of the Pancreas Center at Columbia, Dr. Horowitz is part of a multidisciplinary team that brings expertise from multiple specialties, including surgery, medical oncology and radiology to the care of complex patients with pancreas cancer. Outside of his clinical duties, Dr. Horowitz serves as Director of Medical Student Education in the Department of Radiation Oncology, as well as the Associate Program Director for the department's residency program. Dr. Horowitz has mentored numerous medical students and residents, with multiple mentees receiving competitive research grants from the NIH, American Medical Association, and Gold Foundation.
