Biography: While I enjoy working with patients of all ages, my particular professional interests include hypertension, adult cardiovascular preventive medicine, diabetes mellitus, adolescent medicine, migraines and sports medicine. A native of southern Minnesota and a graduate of the University of Minnesota School of Medicine, I trained and worked in rural Wisconsin for nearly a decade before returning home to Minnesota in 2008. I am also a veteran of the United States Army Reserve. I now look forward to meeting many of you and hope to be a knowledgeable, kind and compassionate source of medical advice and treatment for you. Outside of work, I enjoy spending as much time as possible with my wife and children. Skiing, soccer, gardening, bird watching, hiking and camping are some of my favorite activities.

Biography: I practice full spectrum family medicine including obstetrics, pediatrics, adolescents and adult health. I particularly enjoy working with pediatric patients and helping families through their life journey. I find it rewarding to help young mothers through there pregnancy and to continue care for their family once their child is born. My approach to my practice is keeping things fun, building trust, and truly getting to know my patients. I like to focus on the patient as whole and not just the problem, and I enjoy helping people achieve their highest potential.
