Biography: I chose family practice because I wanted to be a family physician for all patients. I wanted to play a vital role in their lives, to assist them in staying healthy, both physically and emotionally. During my training at Smiley's Program at the University of Minnesota, I learned to interact with patients from diverse cultural and social backgrounds. I enjoyed taking care of them and helping them with various social issues, along with their medical needs. I have been in St. Paul for more than ten years and still enjoy taking care of people from all walks of life and different ethnicities. I see patients of all ages from newborns through adults. My husband and I have two adorable boys. In my spare time, I like working out at the gym, playing tennis and painting with watercolors.

Biography: As a family medicine clinician, I love hearing an individual's story. I believe there is so much to be gained by sitting down, actively listening, and validating someone's lived experience. In doing so, I am better able to understand where my patient is coming from, along with the direction that we will journey towards next. Some of my favorite moments in medicine come when the computer is closed and the sole focus is the person/family sitting in front of me. My practice consists of full-spectrum outpatient clinic, inpatient rounding, and obstetrics and newborn care. As an avid cyclist and runner (also a big hockey fan), I also have a particular interest in sports medicine for all ages.

Biography: I am a family medicine doctor with special interests in diabetes, mental health, sports medicine and urgent care medicine. I enjoy patient education, and truly believe that working as a team with patients and their families will result in the best care.
