Before joining Bon Secours, Dr. Bowman had her own OB/GYN women's health practice on the campus of St. Mary's Hospital in Richmond's West End. Dr. Bowman is a member of the Medical Society of Virginia and Richmond Academy of Medicine.

Biography: My drive to provide each patient with excellent, evidence-based care stems from my own experience as a lymphoma survivor. Being a patient in that capacity showed me firsthand how compassion and personalized care can shape health outcomes. Wherever I meet a woman on her health journey, I want her to know that I listen to her, investigate her concerns and provide the best treatment available to meet her personal health goals. \n While I enjoy all parts of the fields of obstetrics and gynecology, I have special interests minimally invasive surgery, contraception and menopause. Addressing small problems before they become larger concerns, and giving women the tools they need to take charge of their own health, can help women stay as healthy as possible. \n My husband and our two daughters keep me more than busy outside of work. We love traveling together whenever possible. I am a lifelong Ohio State football fan and enjoy weight training and running.

Biography: Peter S. Salib, MD, chose obstetrics and gynecology because of the uniquely rewarding patient relationships it allows. Dr. Salib also enjoys the variety of cases he sees each day. He appreciates the combination of exciting new medical and surgical therapies involved in obstetrics and gynecology. He is especially interested in minimally invasive gynecologic surgery, including robotics, as well as obstetric and gynecologic ultrasound. Outside of work, Dr. Salib uses his musical talents to keep himself and others entertained. He has a minor in piano performance and in his free time, he plays the piano, the guitar and he sings. Dr. Salib also really enjoys learning other languages and currently speaks English, Arabic and Spanish.

Biography: Inspired by her tenth grade biology teacher, Dr. Naumann knew she wanted to pursue medicine as a career at the age of 15. Dr. Naumann graduated cum laude from Vanderbilt University and during her time in medical school she was named vice president of her sophomore class, vice president of student council and was a member of Iron Arrow Honor Society. Dr. Naumann's primary focus has always been on the patient first. She believes that what is going on in her patient's life is just as important as the medical approach. Dr. Naumann has been a resident of the Charlotte area for more than twenty years and is the mother of two children. In her spare time, she enjoys reading, keeping up with her children's activities and is a ballet enthusiast.
