Biography: Anthony J. Checroun, MD is certified by the American Board of Orthopedic Surgeons and is a fellow in the American Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons. He specializes in shoulder pathology, including athletic, traumatic and degenerative conditions; shoulder arthroscopy and shoulder replacement surgery; sports medicine; and general orthopedics. He completed a shoulder fellowship at the Hospital for Joint Diseases Orthopedic Institute in New York City, and completed his residency in orthopedic surgery at the Medical College of Ohio. Dr. Shah is certified in Internal Medicine by the American Board of Internal Medicine and has been with Premier Physician Network since 1993. Dr. Shah has special interest in diabetic patient management and patients with other chronic diseases.

Biography: Anoopa Hodges, DO has shared her expertise in managing acute and chronic illness in the adult population, including geriatrics, since 2004. Dr. Hodges has focused on preventative care medicine in a personal and friendly atmosphere since 2009. As a doctor of osteopathic medicine, she is able to perform manipulative treatment as well.
