Biography: A native of Connecticut, Dr. Mullady is an honors graduate of Johns Hopkins University with a bachelor's degree in biology. He received his medical degree from the University of Connecticut School of Medicine, where he also completed a fellowship in anatomic pathology. Following his residency in internal medicine at Boston University Medical Center, he completed a fellowship in gastroenterology at the University of Pittsburgh Medical Center. He then completed advanced endoscopy fellowships at Massachusetts General Hospital and Brigham and Women's Hospital. Following completion of training in 2008, Dr. Mullady joined the Division of Gastroenterology at Washington University School of Medicine (WUSM) in St. Louis, Missouri. During his time at WUSM, he was promoted to Professor of Medicine and served as the Director of Interventional Endoscopy at Barnes-Jewish Hospital. There, he trained several of his future WUSM colleagues along with multiple other gastroenterology and advanced endoscopy trainees, and he also participated in clinical and endoscopic outcomes research.

Biography: Dr. Mary Downing is an internal medicine specialist with Memorial Health University Physicians Adult Primary Care. She provides care for patients who are 18 years and older at our Lexington Avenue location.

Biography: Dr. Joseph Kramer is an internal medicine specialist providing treatment and care for a variety of conditions, including heart disease, diabetes, allergies and flu. He is board certified in internal medicine and works alongside a robust care team of medical specialists to support the health and wellness of the Savannah community.
