Biography: Dr. Mashayekhi (also known as Dr. Mashay), a board-certified physician with a specialty in Internal Medicine and Sleep Medicine. After completing her residency at UCSF Fresno, she completed her Sleep Medicine Fellowship at Baylor College of Medicine. With her medical education, she had the privilege to provide and advocate for health education and care globally such as in Colombia and Central America. In addition to being a lifelong learner, Dr. Mashayekhi enjoys guiding patients to achieve a healthier lifestyle. Her areas of interest are preventative care, obesity, sleep disorders, and their relationships to chronic diseases. Dr. Molai received her Bachelor's degree in Biology from Hunter College in New York City, NY in 1998. She earned a Master's of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences from Touro College, School of Health Sciences in Bayshore, NY in 2000. She then moved to Israel to attend medical school and, in 2004, received her Medical Degree in Internal Medicine from Technion, Israel Institute of Technology in Haifa, Israel. She returned to the United States, where she completed her Residency training at New York Medical College, NY in 2007. Dr. Molai is a Diplomate of the American Board of Internal Medicine.
