Biography: Dr. Julianne Lauring is board-certified in Obstetrics and Gynecology and Maternal-Fetal Medicine. She graduated from Boston University and received her M.D. from the Pennsylvania State University College of Medicine. She completed her residency in obstetrics and gynecology and her fellowship in maternal-fetal medicine at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center.She was the Associate Residency Program Director for OB/GYN at Umass Chan Medical school from 2018 to 2020. She was awarded the faculty teaching award at Umass Memorial Health in 2019. She assumed the role of Maternity Center Medical Director at Umass Memorial Health in 2020. During her time, she implemented a significant number of quality improvement projects that improved patient care and patient experience.She is excited to join the team at Weill Cornell Medicine to continue the ongoing work.
