Dr. Neschis currently serves as the Chair of the Surgical Performance Improvement Committee at the University of Maryland Baltimore Washington Medical Center. He has over 20 years of experience in the treatment of abdominal aortic aneurysms, carotid artery disease, limb salvage surgery, and a wide variety of diseases involving the arterial and venous circulation.

She completed a fellowship in minimally invasive surgery at the University of Maryland, where she received specialized training in diseases of the stomach and esophagus, bariatrics, hernia repair, endoscopy and gastrointestinal surgery.
