Biography: This physician is accepting telehealth visits. Carlos P. Cruz, MD, graduated from Baylor University at Waco with a bachelor of science in biology. He then served a clinical externship at the Queen's Medical Centre in Nottingham, England. From there, he attended the University of Texas Medical Branch at Galveston, where he received his doctor of medicine degree. Dr. Cruz completed a surgical internship and residency in Pennsylvania at Easton Hospital and the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. He went on to complete his vascular fellowship at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.Dr. Cruz is board-certified by the American Board of Surgery in General Surgery and Vascular Surgery.
