Biography: Douglas Songer, MD earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Dayton and his medical degree from the University of Cincinnati. He completed his psychiatry residency at Wright State University (WSU) in 1996 and is board certified by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology. His current focus is on depression and anxiety disorders, but he will accept patients with a variety of psychiatric disorders. Born and raised in Cincinnati, Dr. Songer currently serves as an associate professor of medicine at WSU and as an assistant professor of psychology at Ohio University.

Biography: Rafay Atiq, MD joined Upper Valley Outpatient Behavioral Health Services in 2006 and is the office's medical director. He is a board certified adult psychiatrist, and he provides both inpatient and outpatient care.
