Care Philosophy: My approach is personalized to each person, with a focus on building resilience, discovering inner strength, and creating lasting change. If you're ready to take the next step or have any questions, dont hesitate to reach out. I look forward to partnering with you on your journey.

Care Philosophy: During my undergraduate years while pursuing my nursing degree, I discovered that the most fulfilling part of patient care for me was the opportunity to listen to patients and connect with them on a deeper level. After graduating in 2019, I initially planned to stay home to care for my grandparents. However, when my local psychiatric floor wasn't hiring, I found myself working in the operating room. While I found the procedures fascinating, I realized that the most rewarding part of the job was interacting with patients in pre-op, listening to their concerns, providing education, and offering reassurance. In 2021, I began the Doctor of Nursing Practice - Psychiatric Mental Health program, where I honed my skills in psychiatric care. Throughout the program, I gained invaluable experience through rotations at an Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), an outpatient clinic, and a private practice. My IOP rotation taught me patient education and group therapy facilitation, while the outpatient clinic enhanced my knowledge of medication management and patient case management. The private practice experience allowed me to conduct in-depth psychotherapy and refine my medication management skills. Throughout my training, I received consistent feedback from both patients and instructors about my ability to establish strong therapeutic relationships. I have always felt a natural connection to people, and I believe this is key to providing effective care. Mental health is, to me, the cornerstone of quality of life, and it is my mission to help as many individuals as possible lead healthier, more fulfilling lives. I am a passionate advocate for patient empowerment, and I believe that a strong patient-provider relationship is essential to this process. While I work well with patients across the lifespan, I have found that I particularly connect with adolescents and young adults. As a member of Gen Z, I understand firsthand the unique pressures that come with growing up in an ever-changing world. My lived experience and approachable personality allow me to create a safe, relatable space where young people feel comfortable and understood. I often hear statements like, "You know how it is," from adolescent and young adult patients, which fosters trust and helps build a collaborative therapeutic relationship. This connection is essential for encouraging open communication and promoting adherence to treatment plans.
