My husband and I recently had our teeth cleaned by Lynette at Dr. Hooper’s office and were delighted with the service. Lynette was professional, thorough and considerate throughout the whole process. Her expertise and gentle approach made the appointments comfortable and left us with a noticeable cleaner and healthier feeling, The entire staff at Dr. Hooper’s Office are pleasant and go above and beyond. Doctor Hooper is best in class using cutting edge equipment and truly cares about your comfort and happiness with his work. He recently replaced two veneers for me and did an amazing job, I super happy with them! I greatly appreciate the attention to detail that everyone in the office provides.

I have been seeing dr Hooper for years. Between cleanings, fillings and even a crown, I’ve always had great experiences with him. Never felt any of the shots!!!! The office staff is also really great to work with. I can tell the atmosphere of the office is a positive one and they all make it so comfortable when having dental work usually isn’t the most comfortable thing. He even did a filling on my 7 year old and there were no tears and i even heard him making her giggle during the procedure. So sweet! Totally recommend him if you’re looking for a dentist in Prescott!

We have been going to Dr. Hooper for several years. Let me start by saying Dr. Hooper is a good dentist but we will be taking our business elsewhere because of recent actions by his office. First my wife’s May cleaning visit was cancelled because one of the hygienists left the office. However since this appointment was made 6 months prior no consideration was given to that fact and she was placed at the end of line with the other hygienist. Seems to me earlier bookings should be given first priority regardless of who the hygienist was. I guess the office was too lazy to work that out. Since no accommodations have been given for the cleaning in the past two months she has gone elsewhere to a new dentist. Today I was called one day before my cleaning appointment to inform me the office has switched dental plans and I would not be covered. Really? One day notice and why wasn’t a letter sent out to me earlier with that information? Office incompetence? Looking for a new dentist

Was a happy client of the previous owner when Hooper purchased the business. Had the same staff so my husband and I were comfortable with the continued good service. Last cleaning appointment, June 14, I was greeted by new staff. Hygienist who cleaned my teeth was professional and very nice. When I went to pay, I was advised that on my next visit I was going to have a full set of X-rays done. I have no dental issues, no gum issues, just had X-rays the year prior (which I didn’t need then either). I told the desk person I didn’t want that, don’t need that and had X-Rays the year prior. She asked where they can send my transcripts! Do you wonder why they put that 30 pound cover on you and then leave the room to take the X-ray. Why are they forcing clients to have procedures they not only don’t need but are harmful? Horrible.

Dr. Hooper is very knowledgeable and pleasant. I would recommend him to anyone.

Saw Dr Hooper for the first time today. He is a very kind and gentle dentist. Took his time to make sure e was perfect. I hate shots but the one he gave me did not even hurt. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who is picky and want a great dentist. ??
