Dr. Anthony Lee, DDS

I must say that I was highly impressed with my experience there and the lady that made my crown was tops, but I was also very very disappointed when I found out that the establishment was limited in the services they give. I needed more work done but they referred me to another dentist, which does not except my insurance and the day after my treatment with crossroads I began to eperience difficulty with the tooth they did work on and have been on antibotics ever since. Now I am faced with the reality that since one dentist worked on me, other dentist will not go in on top of another dentist work. So I am out there with nowhere to turn.

My husband asked them if they took his insurance, they said yes. Come to find out they are not participating providers at all, and then charged us for the visit that should have been 100% covered. This is not about the doctor but the practice itself

Nothing against Dr. Lee or Dr. Michelle. Both are wonderful. I've been a patient there for over 10 years, when it was Dr. Davis' office. After today however, I won't be back. Not sure who the receptionist was but she was extremely rude, spoke to me in clipped sentences and was all around not an enjoyable person. In 10 years I never felt like that. Her customer service skills are sorely lacking. Now...to find another dentist! Unfortunate that one terrible staff can cost loss of business.

My wife and I have been seeing Dr. Lee for about 5 years now, and he is wonderful! He is very friendly, thorough, and professional. He has done all our cleanings, fillings, and even a surgical procedure along with a bridge. It's a testament to his character and professionalism that I hear of so many patients (and staff!) who are loyal to him. Great job, Dr. Lee and staff!

Dr. Lee and his whole team are wonderful. My family has been seeing him for dental care for several years now and he has been nothing but good to us. He's friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I'd recommend him to anyone.
