Dr. Brian Carr, DDS

He did a fine job. I expect him to be direct. However, when he finished my filling and was asking me to press down and asked if everything was even and I didn't fully understand the question and gave an answer he didn't agree with, I didn't appreciate the correction. He could've been a bit more patient and compassionate. Less assertive. However, he was not rude at all. Smiled afterwards and wished me a great weekend. I would use him again.

The office staff is incompetent. They were supposed to get me a referral from my insurance company and 3 months later….never contacted them. Good thing I was on top of my own care. When I called them out on this…not even an apology was given. I highly recommend not going to this office. It’s a shame that the Dr. has to suffer for the staff he has.

I visited 2 times and both were bad. The first time I needed a filling done and he made a rude comment about the event that led to my filling/bonding. The second time I went to get a cavity filled and he numbed the wrong spot 3 times as I continued to complain about pain when working. After that filling I had severe pain for months and the office staff was not helpful and continued to dismiss the issue and claiming they never heard back from insurance for weeks when I would continuously call to ask for updates. There was no insurance error, just careless staff. I ended up needing a root canal and used a different dentist. Do not recommend

I have been a patient of Dr. Carr for many years. and I can honestly say that his staff and Dr. Carr have always found the time to fit me into his schedule. For the second time and because of not listening to Dr. Carr's advice about keeping up with regular visits to his office and cleanings, my front tooth broke and I was extremely stressed out since I work directly with the public at a hotel. I contacted the offices after hours and received a call first thing in the morning from a staff member for an appt that same day. Dr. Carr had numerous patients waiting, but as always .... found a way to fit me in. Well this morning I am back to work...with a beautiful smile again because of Dr. Carr and his Assistant and wonderful staff. Being a Hospitality Professional, I pay attention to good service. Thank you Dr. Carr and your wonderful staff for your caring and your professionalism although you were extremely busy!! I highly recommend Dr. Carr!!.

Dr. Carr thinks hes running a drive through dentistry, the reason all his clients go to him just to come back a few days later is because he rushes through his work just to get it done so he can go home, he doesn't care about the actual work he does, he puts no time and effort into it. He speaks to his staff very degrading in front of all his patients no wonder everyone at the front desk is so miserable. They also have a woman who appears to be on drugs at the front desk, nodding off while you speak to her, and lets not even discuss how filthy this place looks, wouldn't be surprised if his practice was shut down. Also, when you call looking for information your always told your going to receive a call back and of course you either never do and if you do you're met with a nasty attitude, just avoid this place and this horrible doctor at all costs.

Please Stay Away. Very Unemphatic and Rude. Has zero patience and could care less about you as a person. He has a very heavy hand and is not gentle. Extremely arrogant. Read the reviews about the rest of the staff being unpleasant and in all honesty I did not have that experience. The women in the office were kind. However he is the reason I would never step foot back in that office.

Brian Carr is a great dentist. I've been going to him for years and never had a problem. He also took me right away when I had an emergency. I would definitely recommend him to anyone I know.

since Dr Carr worked on tooth in my daughters mouth she has not been able to chew...Made appt and went back to see him and was told wait til june and she may need root canal!!!! she has been in pain since march....today went to another dentist and he said she has 1 little hole that is by nerve and has to be filled.... SO NO AFTER 3 MONTHS OF PAIN I WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND HIM
