Dr. Carrel Balderston Jr, DDS

Dr. B's staff is the only positive thing about this practice. I found him to be very stiff, not at all personable and am so disappointed that 6 years ago, I let him do my full mouth dentures. I already had uppers but he pulled the lowers. From day one, the uppers looked AWFUL. The teeth were TINY, they were set back so far in the mold that most of the time, it appeared as though I was absolutely toothless (which, to be fair, I AM but nobody else needs to know this!). The bottom denture NEVER FIT, even after I went for a follow-up visit. After that, I just gave up and was ashamed to smile for anything. I spent 5 long years feeling ashamed & depressed about my teeth & the fact that I could no longer eat most foods that require full mouth occlusion. It really had a huge impact on my self-esteem to the point that I wasn't even able to articulate how or why I felt like I did. I was too embarrassed to ask for a solution mainly b/c Dr B's clinical manner is so cold & uncaring.

I had major work done to my mouth and was terrified about the whole process, but the staff there were truly amazing and wonderful to work with. It was an extremely pleasant experience all around. I would highly recommend them.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Carrel Balderston. He is very professional. He explains procedures beforehand in an understanding and thorough manner. Due to my gum sensitively, local and/or sedation is used. Comfort for the patient is important. They all work together to make the dental experience positive. I will be returning for many visits. His staff are very friendly and helpful. Kudos to all.

Doctor Balderston is completely professional. I am a new patient with his office, and i am someone whom has anxiety when it comes to dental work. Doctor is proficient and knowledgeable, easing my stress of procedures. I trust his judgement and work on my teeth completely!

Overall positive experience. I was able to get in quickly and Dr. Balderston extracted one of my teeth and I had no issues afterwards. Healed up great. Dr.Balderston seems like an honest, good man. Staff was friendly, too.
