Dr. D Wayne Hughart, DDS

First impression is how friendly the staff are here they make you feel at ease. Dr. Hughart listened and answered all of my questions. He did a retreatment of a failed root canal done by another local dentist. He is the first doctor that I ever had that I didn't even feel the needle going in my gums to be numbed. Procedure totally painless. Even texted him after hours on a Friday night for help and he responded immediately greatly appreciated. 5 stars are not enough to rate this doctor, he is a Endodontist that I will definitely see again if ever needed.

First of all my dentist diagnosed that I needed a root canal. I was told that I would not need another evaluation to determine that I needed a root canal before having one. When I got to the appointment, they told me I would have to have an evaluation and was charged for it. The office workers had warned me before I went in to be treated saying there might be an obstruction. They said It would be $300 extra and insurance will not cover it. The doctor said nothing about an obstruction, the procedure took about 45 minutes. When it was finished the assistant show before and after images of the tooth and said the Dr. would come in to discuss the results. He came in, said virtually nothing and left. I was told about the "Obstruction" by the clerk during checkout. I expressed my dissatisfaction that the procedure was much more expensive than I had been told it would be and she got rather sarcastic. That evening I was nauseous and dizzy. I will not be going back.

I was very concerned about having to have a root canal because I heard such terrible experiences from others, but the procedure went along without a hitch. Doctor Hughart and his staff were very pleasant to deal with and they did their best to put me at ease by explaining the procedure during and after treatment in detail, keeping me comfortable throughout the process. I highly recommend Dr. Hughart and his staff if you are in need of a root canal.

First off, the office staff was completely unprofessional, talking to each other about their personal lives, while expected to attend to the customer and provide! !The Accurate bill for anticipated services! Second off, knowing that the patient, who is my 21 years oldson, had already had done root canal at his general dentist, they are charging thousands of dollars to "re-evaluate and re-treat" the root canal, Instead of providing a clear quote for treatment of infection of his already "dead tooth" and placing of a crown! All of this resulting in completely UNNECESSARY SIGNIFICANTLY INCREASED bill! Simply MILKING as much as they can from a suffering patient, who doesn't deserve this horrific type of approach nor treatment! SHAME on this office! SHAME on the way this practice makes money on the BACK OF REGULAR SUFFERING PATIENTS!

I went in for a root canal under a month old new crown. Dr. Hughart explained everything in detail so I would understand what was going to happen. I am a baby when it comes to dental work, but he is very gentle. His staff, from the front desk to the ladies that work with him were very kind and helpful. They go over the top to explain and comfort you. I hope I never need another root canal but if I do I would definitely go back to Dr. Hughart and recommend him to anyone.

Dr. Hughart and staff are amazing. I have severe dental anxiety but despite not using nitrous oxide, his assistant put me totally at ease. His staff is extremely friendly. Dr. Hughart personally called that evening to make sure everything was going well after the procedure. He is more than competent and I would recommend him to anyone.

Having a root canal is no a pleasant experience for any patient, but the staff and facility and Dr. Hughart's office made it almost enjoyable... Upon entering the lobby, you feel as if you are entering a spa and the professionalism is apparent immediately upon being greeted. Never had to wait for more than a couple of minutes. Entire staff is top notch. Definetely recommend if you find yourself in need of their services. They go above and beyond all the way through the process.

Dr. Hughart and his staff are amazing! I went in for my first root canal very anxiously, I was in tears! Everyone was so supportive. They made time for me even staying past closing. Dr. Hughart was so gentle, I almost fell asleep during a root canal!! He also called personally that night to ask how I was doing. I will recommend his practice to everyone and will never see anyone else! Thank you for being so amazing!
