Dr. Daniel Defazio, DDS

I've been going to Dr. Defazio for over 15 years now. He and his staff are wonderful, friendly, professional. They explain things very well. They hygienists check in on you during the cleaning to see if you need to take a break. Over the years I've changed dental insurances multiple times and Diane at the front desk has always filed the claim for my visit. Sometimes there's a slight wait after the cleaning for Dr. DeFazio to come examine me though the staff makes sure I'm comfortable and kept in the loop of any delays.

I love Dr. Defazio and his staff. Everyone is professional and the atmosphere of the office is relaxed and serene. No one seems rushed or harried and I always feels like they're focused completely on me and my mouth when I'm in the chair. The office environment is calm and relaxing. The chairs all face big windows facing the Sandias so you're looking at a lovely landscape while being worked on. Dr. Defazio is more attentive than any dentist I've been to and cares about his patients well-being.

Dr. Defazio and his staff are great. I have not ever had a bad experience when I've had to go in. Everyone is always friendly and prompt. If I have ever had any questions, they are all answered and if one of the hygienist's doesn't know the answer or has an idea, she will make sure to ask the doctor and he will come over and see what's going on and answer any questions. If you have any concerns, he is prompt to take care of them, or refer you to a specialist for that specific issue. GREAT TEAM!
