Dr. James Buckley, DMD

Dr. Buckley was nice and professional when I first met him. His office staff is nice as well. However, when I asked the doctor about partials he brought one sample out to show me. He didn’t leave it for me to look at closely. I told him that I didn’t want the ones with metal. I told him I wanted flexible partials and I wanted to be able to eat with them. PLEASE NOTE you DON’T leave with a temporary. How is this possible? I was not told this up front and only found out after I started the process. I ordered and paid for my partials on 9-14-23. Eight visits later I got my partials.I told them I was not satisfied with them but I was told I couldn’t get a refund because of lab fees. I had them for a couple of months before the top broke. Now the long process starts again.I had a filling done. I told doc it felt strange cuz tooth was not smooth. He said I don’t want it smooth. But I do! I know I will ask more questions of my next dentist.

I am very satisfied with Dr. Buckley's care. I drive by alot of other dental offices to come and receive my dental care from him. He is definitely worth the drive. His staff are always friendly and very helpful. I definitely recommend Dr. Buckley.

Office policies deprive patients of any dispute "after services rendered." -and it is virtually IMPOSSIBLE to dispute charges/results of dental work without agreeing to $35 administrative fee.....plus ALL/ANY charges paid by credit/debit card surrender rights to dispute after services provided! The exact situation that brought me to this office----a failed filling that fell out several days after tooth drilled and filled. And Smile Design demanded I release all my private protected health info to any/all credit/debit card and banks dealing with payment for services! This form also had signature sections showing agreement with non-credit card challenge making it irrevocable! (I'll try to add pics). Plus this office charges $35 processing fee (per dispute) on credit card payment disputes! I WASTED almost 2 hours, gas money, and wear and tear on my car.....and this office never helped stop my pain I was lead to believe they would provide. SEEK A REAL CARING DENTAL--OR BRING A LAWYER

Seems like full service treatment is forced on patients (I have a PPO) every visit.
