Dr Houser is great, the problem is with Megan, the office manager and apparently also the one that handles insurance claim problems. I have had 2 separate problems and left 6 messages with both Brittany and Shawnie & have been assured Megan received them all. Insurance Co has made several requests for info on a 6 month old claim for a crown and Megan hasn't answered them or me. Now they are saying they will not pay. Frustrating that the office manager apparently runs the practice.
