Extremely high rates on cavities pushed loans to uninsured and charges $300 plus for a cavity! Stay away!

Terrible customer support
I was quoted 1700 for one root canal when I needed two, even with my dental insurance which is better than most. I paid the 1700 on May 1st. I decided to get a second opinion and go with the dentist my parents have seen for 10 years. They initially stated it would take 2-6 weeks for the refund to be processed. I have tried contacting their office so many times and they just keep telling me it’s with their billing department and no one can provide me with the number to contact their billing department nor can they tell me when I’ll be receiving my money back. This is the worst dental experience I’ve ever had.
