His office makes it hard to setup appointments. On one occasion got terrible dental infection. Dr De Mercy did not take any action nor responsibility, he called back to refer me to another dentist instead even though he was the direct cause of the infection. Dr De Mercy likes to be on auto drive. Only if work is easy does he provide input. He barely sees you for one minute at each visit. I don't think he cares and it shows.
