What stands out to me is that her entire team is very dedicated and pleasant. Their energy and personality is refreshing which to me indicates they’re happy working there.

Five years ago, my wife and I were retiring from the world of medicine and needed to find a new dentist. I started reading reviews, and in the end, I chose to try out Dr. DiPerio's dental clinic. And this is why I'm writing this review. I knew right away, on the first visit, that we found the perfect dentistry practice for us. Over the years, every member of her staff has always been friendly and competent each time we've been there. Jennifer DiPerio and her staff got us through the Pandemic, got us in quickly if a "tooth problem" came up, and helped keep our teeth and gums healthy. I wish the rest of my body could be in as good shape as my teeth. And I'm grateful for that.

I broke a tooth I. December 2022. Was referred by a friend to Dr. DiPiero’s office. They examined my tooth and told me I need a crown. They would send a preauth. to my insurance company. They scheduled an appointment in February 2023 to prep my tooth for a crown. The day before my appointment I got a call saying there was a glitch and they haven’t heard back from my insurance company. They would resend the preauth. Today is March 9, 2023. Now my tooth is starting to ache. I called my insurance company to see what’s the hold up on a preauth. They told me they never received a preauth. I called the office and the first thing out of their mouth was “we can resend it again. I don’t think it was send at all. It’s funny how you can send a claim to get paid for the services that was rendered. But a preauth. Send twice and no one can understand what happen. This is the most unprofessional dentist office I have every dealt with. I will never recommend anybody to go here. Just disgusting.

She is the worst dentist you will ever have. Be prepared to spend money repairing what she didn't get right. Obviously, I no longer go there~

I was referred to Dr. DiPiero by a friend after my new dentist told me I needed a root canal immediately. She confirmed I needed a root canal but she recommended I have it done by a specialist. She referred me and it was a pain free experience. I have returned for a follow up on my root canal as well as several teeth cleanings and I find everyone in the office to be very professional and they all seem extremely happy to work there. I HIGHLY recommend DiPiero Family Dental.

During a routine exam, she questioned the integrity of a crown, then charged $35 consultation fee. She replaced the crown which leaked and 1 1/2 year later I had to have it pulled~

I’m a new patient. She was kind and very competent as was her staff. Happy I found her! Would recommend this practice.

I had two occasions where Dr. Dipiero was going to do work that was not necessary. The 1st was a crown. The 2nd was for a filling between teeth. It was demonstrated to me, both times, by other dentists, that the work was NOT required.

She is a wonderful dentist, very caring and compassionate. I have followed her from office to office and glad to see her name on the outside the building. I left with the understanding that I might be sore in area worked on the numbness went away and I didn't feel any soreness or any pain at all. The staff is great they made me feel like family and I was the main priority. This is a busy office but it is well worth the wait to be in the best hands in Akron!
