Dr. Kyle Daniel, DDS

I don't think I have had such a terrible experience with a dentist practice before. My husband and I came here because our insurance changed, and we had to switch practices after going to our previous dentist for years. This dentist is like a shady mechanic and is untrustworthy and very unprofessional. My husband came in and he literally told him that every filling and crown in his mouth was bad, and everything needed to be replaced, quoted him 10,000 dollars. He had seen multiple dentists in the previous practice with the last visit being six months prior and no one commented like this. He ended up paying out of pocket for another opinion and that dentist said he did have several cavities that needed filling but that the rest of the work was fine. When I was seen he told me the filling I just received 6 months prior was also done 'wrong' and needed to be replaced.

This dentist is appalling, saying I needed thousands of dollars worth of work. Two opinions later, I learned I needed less than half of what he claimed. Extremely poor bedside manner, only cares about money.

If you have extreme fear and anxiety of dentists, I highly recommend Dr. Daniel. I have issues stemming from childhood trauma and avoided treatment…until I met Dr. Daniel. After 8 years as a patient I can say with confidence that he is gentle, understanding, and will take good care of you. If you have fear or concerns don’t let your ego get in the way. Be honest and communicate BEFORE your appointment.

AVOID and find another dentist. Horror experience at the time and still having problems with the work years later.

First appt. went well. I asked for an estimate of work to be done before the next appt. for the work, never received it. Pandemic hit and they were out of the office, understandably so. I called and left voicemail twice, asking to confirm what the next appt. was for, and to call me back with the estimate before the appt., knowing that if I cancelled at the last moment due to the work being too costly, I would be charged $100. They never checked voicemail during the time they were out of the office. My appt. was the first one on the first day they were back in the office. They still had not checked VM when I came in for my appt. to avoid the $100 charge. Asked the hygienist what they were planning to do, she said the work that I had never received the estimate for. She went to check on the estimate, Dr. came in to start the work. I explained how I left VM and never got a call back, and was only there to avoid the $100. He got mad, slammed down the tools and walked out. Will not go back.

They do not care about the health of their staff or patients. Even during a horrible pandemic, if you cancel your appointment because you wake up that day with symptoms of illness, they will charge you a $100 cancellation fee. That's right, they are strongly encouraging sick people to come in coughing and feverish and have people working in their open mouths. I do not feel safe here and will be looking for a new dentist.

I needed an emergency dentist on a Sunday and feel thankful to have found Dr. Daniel. He was kind, dedicated, informative, and thorough. I would highly recommend him.

Excellent dentist. I needed to see a dentist this past weekend due to an emergency dental issue I was experiencing. Dr. Daniel met me at the office at noon on a Sunday to help me out. He clearly explained the procedure with billing insurance and I felt well informed. He has a great bedside manner and I was totally comfortable. Dr.Daniel has been my dentist of choice for a little while now. He is in-network with my insurance, is always very thorough with my exams and extremely pro-active when it comes to my oral health. He has such a gentle touch, puts anyone's dental fears to rest.
