Was sent a bill a year later with no explanation to what it was for. Left a voicemail asking for an explanation and received a rude phone call with a threat to get sent to collections if I didn’t pay, still no explanation and then she hung up before I could even get a word in. I mean, literally I said hello, she spoke, then she hung up. What kind of business bills a customer with just “balance” as the the reason and then a note that says “sorry you are no longer a customer”? No offense but I don’t just write checks to random bills that get mailed to me without knowing where it came from. After threatening to call Laabs directly they called me back with still no explanation for what I was getting billed for. Waiting for a call back after they apparently talk to the accountant. Respectful and rude place and not military insurance friendly

Would never recommend anyone to this doctor. I was in the office when she drilled the wrong tooth. She put a filling in a perfectly healthy tooth then the patient had to return to have the decayed tooth fixed. Hopefully the patient went somewhere else.

excessive charges and incorrect diagnose; office is like a zoo! Beware!

Go anywhere but here! Does unnecessary work because she doesn't know what she's doing. Next thing you know you get an outrageous bill and still have to go to another dentist to get the correct work done.

Anywhere but here. No one wants a court appointed dentist. Her arrogance fills up a room.

Super-professional, great staff from hygienists to assistants to office staff - they all 'know their stuff'!
