If your approach to your orthodontic needs is "get it done, I don't care how", you're at the right place with Nawaf Masri. For anyone who wants to understand what will be the course of treatment and why, I strongly advise to avoid him. I'm seeking orthodontic treatment as an adult. Dr Masri acted like he was doing me a favor, not providing a service. None of my questions were answered. His is the only office I know of that requests for the (clear aligner) treatment to be paid for prior to making a scan and presenting the projected results. The staff has a below average work ethic. All my interactions with them, besides the intake, ranged from unpleasant to rude. The team openly discusses and complains about their boss (Masri). Despite my repeated attempts to get clarification on the treatment plan, they were unable to provide details or arrange for a talk with the orthodontist.

I chose incognito braces. The entire process was explained thoroughly and I am extremely pleased with the results.
