Dr. Pushpak Patel, DMD

My experience with dr. Pushpak Patel was a nightmare! Dr. Patel took an impression of my teeth in order to make a night guard for me. The mold of the impression was too tight and stuck to my lower teeth. I told him that I it felt too tight. So instead of removing the mold carefully, he yanked it out very forcefully and in the process, he broke my bridge and my tooth and he wanted to seal back the bridge on top of the broken tooth! Dr. Patel was very rude and he didn't take any responsibility. It cost me $12,000 to have an implant and new crowns to replace the broken tooth and bridge, not to mention all the pain and suffering to correct the damages he caused me.

Dr. Patel and his entire staff are wonderful. They treat their patients with kindness and respect. Everyone in the office is so friendly - they make even the most nervous patients feel at ease with their compassionate manner. It’s always a pleasure to see Dr. Patel and his team.

Dr Patel is an awesome orthodontist. My son loves going there and the care he receives is exceptional. Everyone is so friendly. Dr Patel takes his time to explain the procedure in steps so we can feel comfortable getting our braces done. I would highly recommend him to my family and friends. As a matter of fact, I just made an appointment for my daughter to be seen there as well.

I 100% recommend Northfield Ortho. They keep current with the latest technology. The staff is like family after being there for treatment of both my daughters. Dr Patel worked in concert with our dentist to ensure everyone was on the same page.

I cannot recommend Dr. Patel enough. There was never a wait for any appointment and the entire team is so personable, very easy to work with and responsive. My son just had his braces removed and his teeth look perfect. Dr. Patel explained each step as we went along so there were never any questions about the process.
