So I have to say honestly the doc and the staff were great as far as the work that was done. The only drawback for me is the pricing. This is basically a dental spa as the website explains it which means that you will pay a upcharge for coming there. She speciailizes in cosmetic dentistry so the responsibility to pay is gonna rely mainly on the patient. While i won't give her a bad review i DEF think that the billing side can be a LOT more transparent and explain things better and not pressure to get unnecessary work that is VERY costly. I also received several notices from insurance saying that they had not received the information they needed to pay my claim for several months. I think she is good at what she does and is likeable... She is just EXPENSIVE. :-)

Nope! Many errors & ongoing problems with work done. Waiting many weeks for crowns to be made that cause gum issues. Too many other good dentists to settle for this one. Many have more updated equipment & much better response time.

I remember getting a composite filling here and despite following all the instructions to keep them as long as possible, my parents and I are out of over 2K. It didn’t even last up to year. We were told, “We didn’t know you have to wear the plastic right retainers” even though I had came to the office with them every appointment and they knew I had just gotten my braces removed. Before my last fix of my teeth (I had about a good 3/4), I was told I would need to go with the veneers costing an extra 3K on top of the already 2K that I paid for just 2 teeth!! The least they could do is offer me to pay the price difference for their mistake and it would have been much better. After hearing this, I knew I wasn’t coming back. They called and called and called trying to schedule my appointment but why would I schedule an appointment with a practice that simply wanted to squeeze basically 6K from me? I’ve been walking around now with a very noticeable cracked tooth for about 2 years now.

But in reality, we should call her Maestra, or whatever one calls an artist. She is a sculptor, a painter, and her gifts are honed by her skill. This lovely woman is guided by an intuition that gives her a great eye for balance, color, contour and angles.
