My daughter had an expander when she was 8 done by Dr. Rizk at the Best Braces in Southfield. She works at Nakisher Orthodontics now so I’m taking my daughter there to see her. Dr. Rizk took such great care of my little girl. I wouldn’t trust anyone else.

My daughter was nervous to get braces. I was blown away by how patient and gentle Dr. Rizk was with her. She explained everything before she did it and made it an awesome experience. I can't say enough good things about this office. Go here!

Dr. Rizk and her team are the whole package... knowledge, experience, exceptional customer service, meticulous, and full of warm smiles. She is a sweetheart. My seven year old son felt safe and special at every visit. We look forward to working with them in the future! I wouldn’t take my kids anywhere else.

I have been coming here for the past 2 yrs and I recommanded all my friends and family about this place.Dr.Rizk and all the staff are very kind and helpful.I drive 30 min just to have my daughters teeth fixed by Dr.Rizk and she truly does a great job. :) thank you for everything

Dr. Rizk has been fantastic. I have been to so many other doctors who either try to convince me to do procedures that are unnecessary, treat me like a quick routine visit, or don't listen to me. Dr. Rizk takes her time, explains all options thoroughly, and is direct about what is needed, what is necessary, and what is cost effective. She is my favorite dentist.
