Dr. Tom Lim, DDS

Always had nothing but great experiences with Dr. Lim and his staff. Never had to wait longer than 3 min in lobby to be seen and Dr. Lim is always attentive and professional. He always gives you his upmost undivided attention without working on 5-6 patients at a time as I'm sure you've all been there (they tell you 'be right back', and 20 min later as you lay there starring up the ceiling you hear your dentist talking to other patients). Laura his receptionist is so friendly and professional!!!

We have used many dentists between our kids and ourselves, and Dr. Lim by far has been the best. Dr. Lim is very professional, skilled, and kind. All of his work has been outstanding, and he has even fixed work done by other dentists. We do not feel like we are being taken advantaged financially by unnecessary work. We highly recommend him to anyone, I am not one to give the highest rating across the board, but this dentist deserves the top rating.

CONSUMER BEWARE! I recently was seen by Dr. Lim, and was told that I have soft teeth, gingivitis, gum disease, 5 cavities, a leaky crown, and a cavity so large on my back molar that I would need to have a crown. Total cost was going to be over 4 grand. Since it had only been 2 years since my last checkup and had only had 1 cavity at that time I got suspicious later at home. I got a 2nd opinion and guess what? Not 1 cavity or any of the other issues. This dentist is not honest.

Dr.Lim is thorough and friendly. His staff is also very cordial and gets back to you in a very timely manner. We have been with him over 15 years.

Dr. Tom Lim, let me tell you what happened before you experience the treatment that I received. I spent over $35,000.00 with Dr. Lim I have experienced many number of problems with my teeth since he worked on them. He does not stand behind his work or respect his patients once he gets ALL YOUR MONEY! He tells you that you won't have anymore problems and you will have nothing but problems with his work. Apparently the oath he swore too when he became a dentist means nothing to him but MONEY!
