He then completed a fellowship in Hip and Knee Reconstruction at the Norton Orthopaedic Institute in Louisville, Kentucky. There, he trained with internationally recognized experts in the direct anterior approach for total hip replacement.?Dr. Shelley specializes in hip and knee replacement and reconstruction, employing the most current nonoperative and operative techniques to treat arthritic and complex problems of the hip and knee.
